This is an excellent publication about 1919 massacre at Amritsar. The author, Dr.Rajneesh Dhawan is based in British Columbia (Canada) and is a senior faculty member  in the Canadian University.  The original edition is in Hindi, and because of  its popularity the book has been translated in to Punjabi as well as English that will be released soon.
