Monisha Bharadwaj is an award-winning author and food writer. She contributes to several magazines and newspapers such as Elle, Delicious, and Food and Travel. Monisha appears regularly on UK TV (The World's Best Diet for ITV and Great Food Live), Iron Chef (The Food Network USA), and for SABC (South Africa). She also runs a successful Indian cookery school in London.
