This is an excellent publication about 1919 massacre at Amritsar. The author, Dr.Rajneesh Dhawan is based in British Columbia (Canada) and is a senior faculty member  in the Canadian University.  Because of  its popularity the book has been translated in to Punjabi as well as English that will be released soon.
